Manufacturing Defects Only: For cell phones and other electronic devices, we offer a 7-day exchange policy specifically for manufacturing defects. This warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
Exchange Only: If your phone or electronic item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect within these 7 days, we will facilitate an exchange for a new, identical item. No cash refunds will be issued for such cases.
Expert Assessment: All items returned under this warranty will undergo a thorough inspection by our technicians. The exchange will only be processed if the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue and not caused by user damage (e.g., drops, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, software modification, or misuse). Items found to be damaged by the user will not be eligible for exchange.
Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Other Product Returns:
For non-electronic items (e.g., clothing, hats, general accessories), all sales are final due to the nature of our marketplace model. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Shipping costs for returning the item under warranty will be covered by Isle Hub once the manufacturing defect is confirmed. If no defect is found, shipping costs for returning the item to the customer will be borne by the customer.
